RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition. After inspection of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping and handling costs (If applicable). All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

Damaged, wrong Item(s), and defective merchandise

If you receive the wrong Item(s), damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly replace or exchange it at no charge to you, as long as it is in the  in original packaging and in new and resalable condition.

Exchanges and replacements

Exceptions to the returns criteria may be made at our discretion. All returns accepted after 30 days (IF APPLICABLE) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be exchanged for another product or issued a store credit good towards future purchases. The product must be in its original package and unworn.

Defective garments

If garments have been worn, FDA regulations mandate that they be laundered before return. If the garments have not been washed and are returned to us, we will return them to you to be laundered and all shipping will be at your expense.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON CERTAIN ITEMS, INCLUDING:

All wound care products, bandages, and..therapy supplies.. are NON-RETURNABLE, whether they are opened or unopened.

Item (s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Special orders, custom made products, or made to measure item(s). ARE NON-RETURNABLE / EXCHANGEABLE.

Altered items will not be exchanged or refunded even if there is a defect;

Items that are soiled or show signs of wear, smell of smoke, perfume, or other pollutants; and...... Garments are closely examined and tested to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, we never put previously worn garments back into our inventory. If we believe an item has been worn, we cannot accept it for return or exchanges.

Please allow up to 5 business days for all returns or exchanges to be processed by our return department. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item (s).
