Shipping

We process our orders one day after it has been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall in to a Holiday. All orders are shipped complete if there is a back order situation we will notify the customer in order to determine how to handle the situation. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. All back order orders are handled on a one by one basis. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY (if applicable) The entire order must be shipped to a single address. Offer only applicable on items where indicated. Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. This offer is not applicable to orders placed through Group Sales. Offer not valid on out-of-stock or cancelled merchandise. If you choose an expedited shipping option, such as next-day or second-day, your final shipping cost will not be discounted by any amount related to this offer. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable. Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Wealcan has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Your shipment should arrive in about 5 to 10 business days (it usually takes 3-4 days to clear customs.) and when your order ships we send a tracking number via e-mail, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
